Tonka was under the care of a regional Bull Terrier Club welfare and was becoming very depressed in kennels - he didn't want to get out of his bed and had to be coaxed out for exercise. When I went along to see him I took some piccies of him and was determined to find him a home.

A family who had previously lost their rescued Bull Terrier completed one of our questionnaires and I phoned them that morning to let them know about Tonka. I sent them some piccies and the rest, as they say, is history! A homecheck and quite a few phone calls later and they travelled down from the north to collect Tonka and take him home.

Here he is being adored as he should be...
